Who We Are

Diksat Transworld Limited, a public limited company based at Chennai is engaged in the business of Media & Entertainment and one of the growing television broadcaster in India, specifically into Southern India, and other regions.

The Company have started operations on small scale basis in the year 1999, and expanded horizontally within a short span of time to cover various geographical areas via setting up of various channels.

Currently, The Company (“DTL”) has four satellite channels namely WIN TV (Tamil), ASEERVATHAM TV, WIN TV UP, andCUISINE TV.

Channel Overview

WIN TV: The Channel in Tamil was launched in 2002 by our Chairman & Managing Director Mr. Thiruvengadam Dhevanathan Yadav. WIN TV (Tamil) is one of the unbiased news and current affairs channel in Tamil Nadu. It focus mainly on social issues and emphasises to create awareness among viewers.

ASSERVATHAM TV:This channel in Tamil was launched in 2004. The Channel was Originally named as WIN TV KANNADA and further changed to ASEERVATHAM TV in 2006. The content of programme telecasted is of devotional and spreading of religious messages.

WIN TV UP: The channel in Hindi was launched in 2009. The content of the programme is to telecast news and Current affairs 24/7

CUISINE TV: The channel in was launched in 2009. The content of the programme is to telecast news and Current affairs 24/7.

The Company enjoy the growth of WIN TVbrand recognition, which it had achieved through its programmes emphasizing on social awareness. Popular shows are with public participation through dial in programmes including live interactive shows. The Company aim is to concentrate in developing local language to cater local tastes and audience preferences through programming in particular types and other formats of standard programming that appeal to the specific preferences of viewers in the regions we serve. It intend to produce and broadcast programming which enables to grow and create its market leadership in the television broadcasting in relation to other peer entities.
